GT Tech Shop Zaskar 16” Mountain Bike

GT Tech Shop Zaskar 16”Mountain Bike in good condition.  The f ramewas originally ball burnished and about 20 years ago I spent many hours hand-polishingit and I applied a new set of GT STS decals.  The sheen has faded considerably and the finish is riddled with manylittle oxidation spots (they look like water spots).  The tires and tubes are not rideable:  The sidewalls are in surprisingly goodcondition for their age but if you inflate them, the tread is separating to the point that the tubes start protruding.  (The tubes don't hold more than a nominal amount of air, anyway.)  Aside from that, there are three major blems: a veryslight dent on the right side of the head tube gusset, a bent fixing bolt onthe chainguide that I haven’t tried to repair, and a tiny tear on the top, rearseam of the saddle.  Each of t hese are shown circled in the last photo.

I ncluded (but not shown) is the original Ziploc bag that came withthe pedals containing 13 replacement pins and a tiny hex key.
